These Terms and Conditions of use, which come into force as of July 01, 2022, are intended to regulate the use made by people who enter the sites belonging to Gutbit. The only entry to the different websites, by a user, implies the complete acceptance of the terms and conditions of use that are detailed below.

Gutbit

It is a services and consulting company that provides comprehensive Business Intelligence, Big Data and Machine Learning solutions, with an approach aligned with the operational needs of its clients’ businesses. Likewise, the Gutbit sites aim to offer users different products and/or services advertised both by Gutbit and by third parties.

Uses of the Sites

The use of the Sites is the sole responsibility of the user, who in any case must use the same in accordance with the functionalities permitted on the sites themselves and the uses authorized in these Terms and Conditions of Use, for which the user undertakes to use them in such a way that they do not violate the rules of use and coexistence on the Internet, the laws of the Argentine Republic and the legislation in force in the country in which the user is when using them, good customs, the dignity of the person and the rights of third parties. Users undertake to use the services or content exclusively for their personal use, and not to directly or indirectly carry out a commercial exploitation of the same. Users do not have the right to place hyperlinks to and from the Sites, nor the right to place or use their contents on their own or third-party sites or pages without prior written authorization from Gutbit. Rights of access, rectification, update and deletion: In compliance with the provisions of the LPDP, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion by contacting [email protected] by email, indicating “LPDP” in the subject. To that end. No third party outside Gutbit, except in cases covered by current legislation, will have access to the information and/or personal data of the users of the Sites.

Intellectual property

The sites include content, texts, advertising material, technical material for products and services, databases, software programs, trademarks, graphic designs, logos and images, which are protected by intellectual or industrial property rights of which Gutbit is owner.

Gutbit is not responsible for the services provided by third parties, for the use or suitability of the services provided by third parties, or for the suspension of said services, for which reason it is excluded from any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to them.

Each User agrees to indemnify Gutbit, for any claim or demand from other users or third parties for their activities on the Sites or for their breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use and other policies that are understood to be part of them, or for the violation of any laws or rights of third parties.

Gutbit reserves the right to unilaterally modify, without prior notice or communication to users, these Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the design, presentation or configuration of the Websites, without generating the right to claim. or any compensation in favor of users. The user must carefully read the Terms and Conditions of Use each time he intends to use the Websites.
